What leasing options are available?
We offer 6-13 month leases.
Do you offer individual leases & co-living?
We do not offer individual leases (by-the-bed) with co-living arrangements (individual leases with private rooms and shared commons spaces). We offer a single lease with everyone 18 years and older on the same lease.
Is there a security deposit and is any of it refundable?
No. We offer a deposit alternative. Please call the office for details!
Can the apartment be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms like AirBnB or VRBO?
Apartments cannot be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb or VRBO.
Is renter's insurance required?
You are required to carry a minimum of $100,000 Personal Liability Insurance Coverage. Rise Hillcrest provides the policy, which is charged as an additional monthly fee.
What are the hours for the fitness center?
Our fitness center is open 24/7.
What are the hours for the pool? Is it open seasonally?
Tuesday - Sunday from 10AM-10PM.
What are the hours of the laundry facility?
Our laundry facility is open 24/7.
How do I get my packages/do you have package lockers?
Front door delivery or USPS mailboxes. Our leasing office does not accept packages.
What is the smoking policy?
We are a smoke-free community.
Do you allow pets?
Yes, Rise Hillcrest is a pet-friendly community.
What is the parking situation?
We offer open parking. Covered parking is available for a fee.
What schools are in the area?
Classical Center at Vial Elementary School.
How far is it to the nearest airport or train station?
Rise Hillcrest is located 30 minutes from Dallas Love Field Airport.
Do the apartments have air conditioning?
Yes, all apartments have air conditioning.
What type of flooring do the apartments have?
Our renovated apartment units offer wood plank vinyl flooring.
Is there a bathtub or just a shower?
Apartments feature a space-saving tub/shower combo.
